All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (weekends, public holidays and a new release) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the number of orders received all hoodies, t-shirts, wire headwraps, dresses and long-sleeved t-shirts can take up to 14 days to be processed.

Express Post Shipping

Unfortunately we are no longer offering this option, speaking with our Australia Post representative it is no longer express as what we use to know it as.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently offered to USA, Canada & New Zealand postage is calculated at checkout. All parcels are shipped with a tracking number. Please note that we do not accept returns from anyone outside of Australia. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@baebands.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
